Information we store

When you register, we store your name, email address, account creation date and a salted password hash. Your password is not stored in readable form. When you order, we store your configuration, requested location, public SSH key if supplied, pricing snapshot, order activity, invoices, payment references, and service details. Support tickets and inquiries include the information you submit.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your account, review and fulfill orders, verify payments, provide support and protect the service against abuse. Our hosting and network providers process requests needed to serve the website. We do not ask for payment card details or SSH private keys.

Cookies and security

A necessary secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out revokes the current session. Password changes revoke your other sessions. We use rate limits and short-lived request records to reduce abuse. The website uses Cloudflare for network protection and Google Fonts for typography; these providers receive normal connection information when their services are used.

Retention and access

Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 180 days. Account, order, billing and support records are retained while needed to operate your account, deliver services and resolve billing questions. Request access, corrections or account deletion through a support ticket or the contact form. We verify ownership before handling account access or deletion requests; some transaction records may need to be retained.

Use Support in your console or the public contact form. Include your account email and the relevant order reference. Do not send passwords, private keys, card details or recovery secrets.
